Content Creation & Ownership
- Instructor represents and warrants that all materials provided are their original work or properly licensed.
- Instructor grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the materials on the Fluid platform.
Compensation & Payment
- The Instructor’s share of revenues will be detailed in a separate compensation schedule or payment dashboard.
- Payments will be made according to the schedule set by the Company and are subject to transaction or processing fees.
Quality & Compliance
- Instructor agrees to maintain high-quality course content that complies with relevant laws, regulations, and Company guidelines.
- The Company reserves the right to remove or request edits to any content that violates these standards.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the term of this Agreement.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Any outstanding revenue shares or obligations accrued prior to termination will remain due.

By agreeing, the Instructor acknowledges they have read and understand these terms and will comply accordingly.

Affiliate & Brand Ambassador Agreement

This Affiliate & Brand Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between [Your Company Name] (“Company”) and the Affiliate/Brand Ambassador (“Ambassador”) regarding promotional activities on the Fluid platform:

Promotional Activities
- Ambassador will promote the Company’s courses and offerings using approved marketing materials, links, and branding guidelines.
- Ambassador shall comply with all applicable laws (including FTC disclosure requirements) when marketing or endorsing Company products.
Referral Tracking & Commissions
- Ambassador’s referrals will be tracked through unique links or codes.
- Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, etc.) and paid according to the Company’s payout schedule.
Use of Intellectual Property
- The Company grants the Ambassador a limited, revocable license to use approved trademarks, logos, and content solely for promotional purposes under this Agreement.
- Ambassador shall not modify or misuse the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Conduct & Reputation
- Ambassador agrees to uphold the Company’s values and not engage in any conduct that could harm the Company’s reputation.
- Any false or misleading claims about the Company’s products or services are strictly prohibited.
Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Upon termination, Ambassador must cease using all Company branding and promotional materials.

By accepting this Agreement, the Ambassador acknowledges they understand and agree to these terms.
